After 10 days of preparation, 36 hours of a whirlwind handmade birthday complete with guests from out of town, my girl and I leave the dishes and put our feet up. We are too busy enjoying a day full of pizza and pancake leftovers, a movie marathon, and lots of snuggles. And you better believe I'm savoring every single second of it.
